Chai Lifeline requires 14 inches of hair and provides wigs to children with cancer. The thing is since I recently saw an ad for 8inch Hair donation that is how much I cut and when I called Chai Lifeline they said they prefer 14inch and can accept 12inch. Because Chai Lifeline Canada offers custom hairpieces for each child we cannot accept donations of wigs falls hair extensions or synthetic hair. Hair must be cut while styled in a ponytail or braid.
